In This Area... - Leytonstone, or Leyton-St-One its posh nickname, is the birthplace and former home of Alfred Hitchcock. In The Owners Words... - We have loved making this flat our own, it's constantly light with incredibly high ceilings in the living space, spacious and full of character. The perfect first buy for us. The garden has been a huge highlight, allowing the summer weekends to be spent enjoying outdoor life from morning until late evening - the sun will last all day with you as your own private haven. The local community is thriving, with everything you could possibly need within walking distance. From a walk around Epping Forest, a great selection of local pubs - Red Lion, The Birds, The Heathcote & Star all within walking distance plus Francis Road and Walthamstow Village a stoll away. If you need a breather from the city there are plenty of rural parts to explore, also closeby. We really feel part of a community with great neighbours and love it so much we won't be moving far.
